West Ashley Dentists

West Ashley, a suburb of Charleston, South Carolina, is a great place to live and to raise a family. Minutes from the beach and the Charleston historical district and home to some of the best dining in the country, West Ashley is growing rapidly. We moved to West Ashley nearly five years ago for the temperate climate and to be closer to the grandkids. One of the first things we needed was a new West Ashley dentist.

Fortunately we discovered there were many West Ashley dentists to choose from and unlike our old home town, many were open to new patients.

We’ve always said we were successful in raising our two daughters. They both graduated from college on time with good grades and neither had a cavity, a pregnancy or a felony arrest. Not having a cavity was the easiest part of the equation.

We started our girls out early with regular dental visits and fluoride treatments. We made them brush and floss – okay, not so much with the flossing. But every six months like clockwork they were in the dentist’s chair for a cleaning.

When the girls were pre-teens, we switched to an expensive plan that included orthodontic and we were really glad we did. As the girls grew past that stage, we changed to a plan that had a zero deductible for Wisdom Tooth surgery. With the girls no longer covered by our policy, our dental insurance plan now has great benefits for old folk stuff such as periodontal treatments, crowns and caps.
